If you were MMRx and ESRX, Why would you make DSCM available to your networks? Specifically, if each of you have an elaborate internet program under development and can provide medications at a discount to DSCM. That drops 100 million of the 260 million Americans out of their grasp. Add (CI, AET, WLP [35 million]) and others and you are down to a mere fraction of the American population, RAD/PCS and the 3rd and 4th tier companies. And only 65-75% of Americans have pharmacy benefits.

DSCM is a great idea, but RAD is the biggest winner here. You should also note that a huge number of the PCS business is in Medicaid HMOs, how many folks in that category have internet access?

If it was an investment it was a poor one. They should have linked up with WAG or WMT (but you cannot do that with AMZN, funding you). This way they would have had the brick and mortar they needed. Pharmacy is a face-to-face business.
