Enviro-Energy Corporation Completes Agreement for Marketing and Financial Expansion
SPOKANE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 24, 2002--Enviro-Energy Corporation (OTCBB:ENGY) (Germany: 676401-EVM.BER) is pleased to announce an agreement with AgEnergy Inc., established to combine both distributorship and cooperative regional representative business relationships for sales, services and financing of Enviro-Energy Corporation's proprietary advanced anaerobic digestion systems within the agricultural and livestock industry.
The livestock industry of dairy cows, cattle, hogs, chickens, and all confined animal feeding operations, creates the animal waste problem solved by the Company's Anaerobic Digestion System (See www.enviro-energycorp.com) of animal waste conversion to methane gas, electricity, usable water and organic fertilizer-like hummus. The Company estimates an organization of approximately 30 existing participating companies in the United States where the concentration of confined animal feeding operations is greatest. These companies are currently engaged in machinery and equipment sales-service and financing to the agriculture market.
AEI has been in part capitalized by ENGY founding shareholders. Each participant in the marketing, sales and service, and financing of the company's Anaerobic Digester System will provide financing packages in their territory as well as pay a licensing fee to AEI and Enviro-Energy Corporation.
