Lyons explanation of IDX and biometric in general to the Congress Committee was an outstanding job. Too many times I've heard in great depth how the system works which would lose many executives. She demonstrated a computer entry and an access entry using easily understandable terms.
So many times in sales, I’ve heard salesmen tend to dazzle prospects with B S. Lyons brought the delivery down to a common denominator so that all can comprehend. She did an excellent job.
