Contrary to what Medinah has said officially this is not even close to what has transpired over the last month. How does MiningPlay TEAM get away with such HYPE? Has the SEC been notified? JV OFFERS ARE IN Sep 4th, 2007 by admin A number of shareholders of Medinah Minerals and Cerro Dorado who follow happenings at both companies closely have concluded that formal JV offers from Major mining companies have been received by Medinah’s President Juan Quijano in Chile. (Medinah has yet to state this on their website.) These offers are currently being reviewed and a major annoucement is possible sometime in the next couple of weeks when an JV offer has been formally accepted by the Boards of Directors of both companies.
