Mr. Andrew Malion a Director of Spectra Inc. and President of both Spectra Inc. and Spectra Products Inc. and previously a Director of Spectra Products Inc. has been appointed to fill the vacancy on the Board of Spectra Products Inc. created by Mr. Donatelli’s resignation.
