Company Press Release

WordCruncher Internet Technologies,
Inc. Interview with Wall Street
Reporter Available on the Internet

ALPINE, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 1, 1998--In an interview with Michael Wachs of the Wall Street
Reporter, M. Daniel Lunt and Kenneth W. Bell, CEO and CFO respectively, of WordCruncher Internet
Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB:WCTI), discussed some of the key issues that will make the WordCruncher
search engine successful in today's market. This interview may be heard in its entirety via the Internet at
Stock-Line's Web Site located at stock-line.com.

In the interview, Mr. Lunt discusses the background and plans of WCTI while providing insights into the
current information glut and the consumer needs that will drive the search business into the future. He also
talks about some of the methods that WCTI will use to become successful in today's market.

According to Mr. Lunt, ''the rapid growth of the Internet coupled with the inadequacies of existing search
technologies, has created an excellent opportunity for a new approach that will help the huge number of new
users that are joining the world wide web to quickly feel comfortable while at the same time addressing the
requirements of Internet search veterans.'' He goes on to say, ''in any new technological arena, we usually
see a couple of generations of technology come and go before the technology matures and the business models
become clear. In the Internet world we've seen this process accelerated, and at WCTI, we are now positioned
at the beginning of the third generation with a maturing technology and a business model that will promote
growth and longevity.''

WCTI has developed a business and technology model for providing a general index and search service for
the Internet. The model includes a unique sales and marketing approach, advanced technological features and a
specialized user interface, all of which combine to create an exciting, profitable new Internet business.
