I feel that Argentina is the next big gold frontier. Stable government, low production costs. Argentina gold is good example. Another I expect to see making a major move in 1999 is Plata Mining (PMT ASE) Has joint venture partnership with Explodessa from Chile. Proven reserves over 1,000,000 oz.gold. Getting much interest. Well known directors on new board. Grossly undervalued. Current production costs are less than $ 180 US$ All in. If anyone knows anymore about this company or other Argentina companies like this let me know in chat line
