Well, China will built and target several long range nuclear missiles at the US in response, and in response to that India will build some as well and then Pakistan and then so on including Russia, the NATO countries and North Korea all in the name of self defense. So then what will have been accopmplished. Nuclear disarmament would have been a much better tactic. Meanwhile the Chem Bio Nuclear threat is there and as dangerous as ever, from you so called rogues whomever is a roguie
