OK, I thought most people had views on the subject. I know some people are absolutely convinced in their accuracy but I am one who cannot even identify the waves. I wouldn't call it "technical analysis", rather, "voodoo vaves" -- hence the need for a guru.

As far as I am concerned, psychology has little to do with contemporary markets which are driven far more by extraneous factors, eg derivatives, money supply, terrorists, manipulation etc, than by what people "feel" on any particular day. Further, I defy any two "experts" to agree on any of the vaves.
