CLE is an interesting chart. This area is not a breakout. The stock had a parabolic rise and fall from 8-26-12 or so. I expect a little overhead to slow down the move here, but the chart certainly makes it worth watching here for a move thru 20. One thing I dont like about it is the decreasing vol on the way up, although Friday may be an indication that it could move if it gets thru 20. I will watch it.
There was a big block trade friday under the market, 139K. Someone wanted out.
