(ALA) 18 -15/16: JP Morgan Securities downgrades telecommunications equipment maker from "buy" to "market perform" after last week's profit warning; believes that margin targets have effectively been pushed out by a year, revenue growth appears to be slower that had been projected, and relevant information was withheld from the market for too long, potentially opening Alcatel up to legal action.....
