Actually, one would not need to read all the testimony to come to that conclusion. Just like you don't need to read the Warren report to know that Jack Ruby shot Lee Oswald. Some times things stand out on there own merits....

There is far to much pilfering of deep pockets to pay symphathetic cases - one of the things wrong with the personal injury tort system.

Also, if the plantiff is unlikeable, they will get much less - or nothing.
