Glory can be so fickle. Especially at the stroke of midnight.

Of course there is another issue left to consider with CSHK. And that is that with all these arrangements, what is the revenue to CSHK?

I mean on the one hand we have these oem contracts, more correctly only announced letters of intent, that are in exchange for cash and convertible stock and now it seems there is a PR about a distribution company. They also get their cut of the products revenue and the guy that runs the distribution is going to help evaluate future products.

So my question is just what is CSHK's business? They don't develop. They don't market and distribute. These are all paid for services. I believe someone said that the CD's and kitty litter work was to be contracted out as well. So is their business then just a middle man business. And does each share then represent 1/25,000,000th of what is a very thin middleman margin? Why does Zitec for instance even need CSHK? They could get their own products and eliminate the need for 25,000,000 middlemen.
