IMO.. It isn't an issue whether any one person in particular would ask for a review.

A person may or they may not make the request, whatever blows there dress up.
Who cares really.

If you get the boot for a week, so what, it's not the end of the world, & when people make a big deal out of it, they remind of the "crossing guard kids" at grade school.
NAH NAH NAH..you were a baaaaad boy.

I still am a little, (but not much) curious as to what action if any SI did or did not take, and why or why not.

To me the issue has kind of played itself out..
