Wow, what is with brokers not advising shareholders of this? My broker (eTrade) did not notify me directly but they had apparently given the administrator my contact info and account numbers since I received notification directly by USPS from the settlement administrator. I wonder if brokers might not also be liable for lawsuits if they did not notify their customers who may have missed notification. I have no idea if the CBRS info had anything to do with today's action but the timing is right.
