UBS Warburg believes that USAI is significantly oversold following ROOM's preannouncement, and would be aggressive buyers of USAI here (co owns 39 mln shares of ROOM... see 7:47 comment on warning); in addition, firm expects positive comments from USAI during their presentation at the Salomon Smith Barney conference tomorrow; sees valuation at $34.
