Yesterday's Interactive Week online quoted AOL SVP Advertising saying that the value of AOL's chat-related advertising inventory is $500m annually. Today's AOL press release says chat affords 360m impressions per month. That would be $0.1157 per impression. Most of AOL's current inventory of impressions is $0.01-0.02, about average for high volume WWW ads. zdnet.com
