Is not correct to say that FNTN can be Fully reporting and remain on the OTC-BB? I am of the understanding that the $4 price requirement is for SMALL CAP listing. I "think" I am correct when I say that there ARE OTC-BB stocks which FULLY REPORT, yet are listed as OTC-BB companies. When you pull up a quote on Yahoo, SOME OTC-BB stocks show a "PROFILE" and those are the ones I believe fits the discription of "FULLY REPORTING." Here is part of that announcement and if you'll notice the latter wording it says "will be a fully reporting Bulletin Board stock." <December 7, 1997--Financial Intranet Inc. (OTCBB:FNTN) announced today that as of the second quarter of 1998 the company will be a fully reporting Bulletin Board stock.> If I am wrong, someone correct me, as I want to know.....I do know some of my trading friends will not buy a OTC-BB stock unless they can Pull a PROFILE on that stock up on Yahoo...I'm sure if this is correct and FNTN does become one of those, In my opinion, THIS would give MORE EXPOSURE to FNTN.
