god you are thick headed. what are you talking about 'they don't want to read controlled content?'. that is their only source of news. go ahead, go to china, try to set up a news agency and then put that information up on the web. guaranteed you'll get a call from the good ol party in a week and be deported.

1. You don't need to go to China to set up a Chinese news agency.

2. Any pimple nosed kid in his underwear can get a copy of Microsoft Front page for 39.95 and set up a website in Chinese from anywhere in the world, then add whatever news content he wants.

3. The Internet allows anyone who can set up a website to be a news provider. With higher bandwidth - the kind we have available here in the US and in many parts of Europe like Sweden, it will soon be possible for anyone to set up live video broadcast of news.

The Chinese can't control that pal. And they can't control the Chinese people from surfing other websites.

Now run along and get the cappuccino enema before you embarrass yourself further.
