I didn't say the agreements are identical, I just said that the discount schedules were and likely the price sans shipping, terms, etc. Heck the names and signers have to change between customers, even if the rest was boilerplate.

With a union shop, employees get thrown into a pay bin and all within get the same pay for the same work. I have done payroll systems for such companies and while individual employees don't know what bin others are in, unless they were told by those others, I saw the numbers and those in the same bin, got the same pay when they had the same hours. I got complaints when the numbers were $0.00001 off. $X.XXX hourly rates times Y.YY hours yields $Z.ZZZZZ, summed.

You may not know what your fellows are paid, the P/R department, those doing the processing and those stuffing the pay envelopes do.
