Yes that is the play right now, but I was referring to an ongoing arbitrage exercise that maintained whatever was an appropriate gap or ratio. If you can't sell DRIV short that just adds to the difficulty of the market working efficiently. The end result probably is not so good for TSQD and certainly means that the "appropriate" gap or ratio will be a bit harder to define and maintain.
