Yes, mainly bureaucratic. The only time they really ticked me off was a margin call that they said they had conveyed to me and I say they didn't notify me. When we finally got together and I wired them the money, Southwest took more than 24 hours to credit the account, with attendant angst and agita, e-mails about closing the account, etc., etc.

Yes, I do. The guys in Manhattan Beach are accessible and helpful, but since they are in Southern California, don't forget to follow up - your request may fall thru the cracks. And the system is a dream to use. |
