Literally that.. Joint Juice - two flavors - glucosamine, vitamin C - sucrose - soda water of a type - topical fruit flavor and orange tangerine flavor...

Something was nada right ... for me ... I should not bad mouth it... it could just be me... but, I wouldn't buy a case of it until you taste it.. LOL
