Paul you only lose your capital when you sell. Unless margined. Of course it was a good move to sell or sell short. It could still be a good move to sell now, but I think it may be a bit late. March has only 18 trading days left and 10K must be out by March 30 so the clock is ticking. My experiance with stocks that go down due to no real news is that they rebound agressively when good news is presented! In fact the high after such news often propels a stock to double its high before the news! Like a rubber band the more its pushed down the stronger it pops up!
