In regard to television. People are free to run just about anything they want on cable television. The reason you haven't seen an atheistic show is probably because there are so few atheists in the country who would be interested in viewing it. After all, polls show nearly 90% of Americans consider themselves to be christians. I suspect an even higher number believe in GOD.

SI is a different ball of wax though. And if you continue posting on SI, take a look at the tone atheists immediately take toward those who believe in GOD when the subject comes up. Would you agree that tone was evident here recently?

I agree, respect is a two way street and should be practiced as much as possible.
