Giordano Bruno...Evolution IS about how life evolved. Science does not know where life began or IF it did. We are on a speck of sand in a moment of time. Don't waste too much time chiseling anything into hard stone. The history of life on earth is documented by Nature much more accurately than the life of people. Nobody is speculating about how life evolved on earth (that information is now available to children from the earliest grades--or should be unless you are in some superstitious hamlet protected by swampland). If you wish to ask, WHY--well that is just fine.

It is quite all right to speculate that there may be designers and seamstresses out there tossing out planets and moons from a big pottery wheel.

But in the meantime there are children to feed and problems to solve.
