4:41pm (rooters news): In a bold move to bolster the gradually deteriorating economy, Wall Street has officially placed a ban on bad news . From this point forward, all real good news should be treated as such and the market indexes be allowed to rally for large gains. Should news be released that could be interpreted as bad, it will officially be deemed as insignificant or as really being "good" because 1) the news has already been factored in or 2) it can't get any worse, therefore, the markets should be allowed to rally for significant gains. Should any news have a mixed interpretation, the bad portion should be ignored, and the markets be allowed to rally on the good portion as the bad part "doesn't matter."

In completely unrelated news, Eli Lilly will be reporting a significantly positive quarter on the next report due to a recent tremendous increase in orders for their product fluoxetine. (prozac). While the buyer has remained anonymous, UPS has reported an increase of regulated drug shipments to New York City.
