This is a rule of mine. It is only meant as a suggestion and nothing more. Take any stock. Using investools or another capable charting service, look at a chart with 10,50, and 200dy moving averages installed. If the 50 is above the 200 and the 10 is above the 50 and the stock is above the 10, NEVER EVER short a stock in this position, especially after it has suffered a big decline, unless you enjoy getting hit in the head with a 2x4.
