Yes, there is a $15,000 annual fee to participate in the PAR program. That information is prominently displayed on their web site. PAR's analysts are all highly credentialed, licensed securities professionals. Were they to write ilegitimate reports, the SEC would be on them like white on rice. They would likely loose their securities licenses. The PAR program has an excellent reputation. They don NOT hype stocks! The program is designed to give smaller, less visible companies (such as SNMM) the advantage of having a legitimate analysts report. BB companies are rarely covered otherwise. The PAR report is completely legitimate. The enrollment fee, IMO, is money well spent. I doubt, however, that we will see PAR reports for SNMM for much longer. SNMM already has 17+/- MM's on board. As soon as the NASDAQ listing is announced, there will be plenty of voluntary analyses issued.
