No, not pure raw gut level decision making. Rather, carefully analyzed, much agonized over decision making now derailed by some whiners who decided to sue over a stock drop. Plato (was it him?) had it right, first kill all the lawyers, excepting, of course, the ones who aren't practicing. The IRS also arouses in me unprintable feelings so I'd rather not talk about them either, thank you very much. And the movies and books don't have to be intellectual, its just that I don't get out much anymore (apres rugrats) but I do see everything that comes to video and I read a great deal. I can discuss politics, but that generally gets me into trouble. Alexa
