Faris:

I have a couple of questions for you, if you don't mind. By asking them, I am by no means trying to refute anything you say, only looking for understanding:

1. Why would the accumulators have a program of spending a fixed increment of their investment money each day, and quitting when it is spent, i.e. how do they benefit from such a systematic approach, as opposed to simply buying opportunistically?

2. Who is doing what that holds the price between $2 and $4 while these accumulators buy up fifteen or twenty percent of the outstanding shares? It has to be quite a trick and one which I would like to learn, because I have a hunch that if I just walked into my broker and started spending $20,000,000, the price would shortly go ballistic, no matter what I chose as a buying schedule. Moreover, why would Geo. Faris, the insider Kazaks, the mm's or anyone else cooperate with the accumulators in their efforts? Is this not inimical to to interests of everyone except the accumulators. A corollary question is just who is selling this 6-8 million shares at these prices? You seem to assume that the price will peacefully remain at this level until the accumulators have accomplished their purpose, and then take off. Thanks in advance for any enlightenment on these puzzling matters.
