Kurt,
I have also received the rumor that Palermo will be on Squak Box. Date information was not included.

I expect more Reg-S/D shares issued late August, based on Palermo's comments at the shareholders meeting in Carlsbad last month. Unless, of course, he can pull a rabbit out of his hat and get some outside financing.
