PEC has exclusive rights to develop the Princeton fuel, as I understand it. The fuel has been invented and a patent is pending. Even if what you say is true, I'm not sure why Dr. Paul would be needed at this point. What is required now is the sort of expertise that Mr. Andlanger possesses.
