The group responsible for the R/M would like to attract qualified Posters to support the stock on SI and RB message Boards... To provide an incentive, they offer up to 10,000 shares (no minimum) at approximately half the opening price...

Huh???

I can't believe what I'm reading. Doesn't that "deal" constitute an illegal offering of equity? Even if the posters that accepted the offer and completed their "duties" also disclosed their compensation in each and every post??? I'll have to do some research on the legal aspects of this "offer", but on the surface, it doesn't seem kosher to me. But I could be wrong, and this might be one of those gray areas, where something is unethical, but not necessarily illegal. Need to do some research...
