ICN: SIII as you know was recently involved in a horrible law suit over copyright of music. The frey over music over the web continues to be a thorn in SIII's side. They bought out DIMD some time ago. (I held DIMD at the time). Chart wise the stock looks to move higher once it gets over the 50dMA, but IMO will only trade back and forth for some time until some of the overhead issues are resolved, ie; Napster and constant harassment by the copyright infringement suits filed by the recording industry. 207.61.23.98 Ken
