Although, CSFB upgraded JDS Uniphase from a hold to a buy it indicated that the
stock could stay at its current levels for another 12 to 18 months and set a
price target of $9. CSFB said it expects JDS Uniphase to survive the current
downturn as the Company has a substantial cash position and insignificant debt
