I bought IOMG when it was 17 pre-split. I then made the biggest mistake of my investing career and sold at 23 pre-split. I was trying to play a dip, but became a dip instead. If there is anything I have learned, it is to stay with a stock that is fundamentally great. I invested more today at an average of 40 3/8 than I invested before at 17 pre-split. The future looks very bright to me. Think about it:

News about companies OEMing the Zip has been coming out every week for the last couple of months. We haven't seen the revenues that will result from these OEMS yet. Even more promising is the increased margins that will result from the sale of disks. Last quarter the margin had dopped a little due to the product release of the Jaz drive. This quarter will see an increase in margins and revenue. What else could an investor want?

Think about Xmas time last year. The Zips couldn't be kept on the shelves. This year the product capacity has increased. Computers will sell like hot cakes this Xmas. Many will have Zips on them.

Many more companies will OEM the Zip as it becomes a standard. Whose next? IBM? Compaque? How else will IBM and Compaque compete with the companies that include the Zip? Acer says they won't OEM the Zip in the U.S. because of the operating system supported. Iomega has incredible management. I'm sure they will respond to this obstacle. Then ACER will OEM.

There are many reasons why IOMG commands a higher P/E. I won't make the same mistake I made before by trying to play a dip. If IOMG goes down tomorrow, I will increase my position and smile everytime a new positive news announcement is released. Probably every week.
