Since you do not know the Christ that lives in you, you cannot possibly define the qualities of Spirit, much less determine who has those qualities. Because I know God and I are one through a revelation you just assume to know what qualities consist in my heart & being.
Sam, Jesus the Christ(Matthew 16:15-16) is on the throne at the right hand of God,(Mark 16:19) speaking for me.(John 14:6) The Spirit was sent to live in me when I accepted by faith the Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior.(Acts 2:38) Your words just show that you want to be both God and Christ and I do not see by His word that you can be. You just cannot in your mind accept the fact that you were HOPELESS, PITIFUL, and LOST, until Jesus died for you. YOUR ego won't let you.
