All, Bloomberg on ASND today: Ascend Communications Inc. (ASND) stock fell 1 3/16 to 24 13/16 as executives at the networking products company, including Chief Executive Mory Ejabat, filed to sell as much as $10.5 million in stock last month as the downward spiral of the company's stock accelerated. The filings heightened concern among investors and analysts about poor communication from executives regarding demand for Ascend products and worries about sales and earnings during the next few quarters.
