Gosh I really respect both of you guys, Ed and Kodiak,very well thought out responses and thank you both... and here I was thinking those redskinned guys were just in the way of a bunch of Westward moving transplanted Europeans that could give a shit less about what some founding father wearing a wig and living on a plantation somewhere back East had to write down on some parchment. and all with the intent of land grabbing, wealth accumulation, and just general greed to take something away from a seemingly weaker group of peoples..... and a lot of reputations to be made in the name of exploration and conquest too..... go figure... I never realized it was so involved, thanks for straightening me out... regards
