very nice Steve.

I am impressed that you doubled your dividend income stream in only five years. That's very nice as long as the underlining assets are of good quality. Still it's all about growing those dividend streams and then replacing those low quality assets w/ higher quality assets. You just do not want one or more of those income streams to 'blow-up' (ie MHR).

I have added some distressed bonds that 'juice' my income streams and may/could add a cash infusion if/when the bonds matures.

My end game strategy is to eventually consolidate my dividend payers to high quality companies and maybe even allocate a portion of those funds into a quality diversified low cost mutual fund (w/ good dividend payment history). I just do not want any 'blow-ups' in my portfolio especially when I need that income.

Continue the good work on growing those dividend streams.
