Paul - yes - it's a lure to get more customers. What a trip. Well, I finally got to make some trades - but I had to do it over the phone and had to wait 50 minutes to get to an operator to transfer me to a broker and then I had to wait another hour. I got 5 trades done, and I did not have to pay the 24.95 fee for phone trades. They said they would "waive" the fee. Ha, I told them that was the least they could wave - since they cost money on sales and buys. I shall be putting in some buys in the wee hours of the AM like around 4 am - not alot of traffic and you can navigate through the system quickly. Good luck, Jacalyn
