i wish they'd also state that the SEC is ALMOST ZERO HELP
when it comes to asking them questions about online investing and
what you can or can't do/say here on the NET and in email.

I must have sent dozens of emails and extensive attempts through
phone calls to find simple answers and everyone I talked to had
something different to say OR they said:

"Dont lie or spread KNOWINGLY false info. Dont try to manage other people's portfolios directly and don't accept compensation from companies you have an interest in."

That was pretty much what most all of them said, and I've stuck to that... but they need something in WRITING for all internet investors to see. SEC RULES OF INVESTING ONLINE AND USING CHAT ROOMS.

If they dont have that available and can't help those who try to find
out and who happen to lack money for expensive lawyers then what good are they and HOW DO THEY DARE try and slap people with stock manipulation online??? Now some cases are clear cut, but I think they need to work harder on establishing the rules rather than making them up as they go and then slapping people with charges after the fact.
