a couple of even more important benefits is that we could assist to reduce teenage pregnancies, which no doubt are all unwanted.

and... it make teenagers THINK about serious relations and its consequences. it could also achieve make the male side more sensitive to the woman side. what it represents to carry a baby for 9 months and ensuing responsibilities and so on.

in short, the potential, (in my opinion small), risks are worth taking given the clear improvement from current standards. (and actual experiences).
