Rink, yes, it is a gut feel on the immersion stuff. Do you disagree? Regarding a "high-k slip", I'm not sure it is useful to talk about "slips" in this context. Various technologies are always being evaluated for new nodes. A decision not to use one of them, while still keeping to the node schedule, is not a negative in my view. Is it in yours?
