People who are good at ruling the country but may have questionable (by the standards set by the Press) social lives shirk away from politics. No more John Towers, Fulbrights etc. Now we have bozos such as Harry Reids and Mitch McConnells.

The only and the only problem I have with McCain is that he refuses to admit that we are in the wrong war in Iraq. I have seen no military being asked to play the role of law enforcement as they are doing in Iraq. And McCain things that it is OK for the military to do so. I do not support a C-in-C who thinks so.
