There is no reason to hang on to options when you know that your Comp Comittee will keep loading you up.

Idon't know how many public company execs you know or work with. I know lots in my profession.

It is astounding to me how many of these guys live hand to mouth even when they have significant six figure salaries.

If they were like you or I, they would not exercise. But they are not. They need the cash for current lifestyles. This idea that exercising options is a bearish sign is just wrong, based on my experience.
