DM - value of Xstream? Since this is an Internet stock, most guidelines don't apply. You are probably right, though, in assuming someone could guesstimate a 1:3 scenario VS Freeserve. The number of shares in each would have to be calculated, etc.

If the share count was the same, and Freeserve holds an IPO price of say $40, than $11-$12 would be reasonable. Of course, this is all hypothetical. Since Freeserve would have to offer financials and there are less "unknowns" with Freeserve at that point, at 1:4-5 ratio would make more sense.

Is there a Freeserve IPO thread on SI yet? There should be, if early August IPO is for real. With the usual I-nut hype, Freeserve could initially skyrocket -- just being able to say they are #1 in the UK will probably trigger a buying craze that will surpass what we say in China.com.
