VITAFORT INTERNATIONAL CORP.: THE STOCK OF THE WEEK!

Those of you who have been watching our stock of the week selections will know
that our record is excellent this past few weeks. This week's selection is
Vitafort International Corp. (OTC-BB-VRFT-.90). We did a STOCK ALERT on this
company 40 minutes before the close on Friday. It quickly ran from .68 to .90.
We would guess that the "pent up" demand (Internet Orders over the weekend and
others who will buy the stock on Tuesday) is HUGE. If you look at the volume,
approximately 280,000 shares traded in that 40 minute period. How many shares
would have traded if the market never closed? Our short term target for this
puppy is $1.50 to $2.

Who did all the buying? We aren't sure, but one of our sources tells us that
about 400,000 shares are short. If this stock continues at the rate in did on
Friday, these folks will have to cover their positions. This short covering
coupled with any buying that comes in from the general public could send the
price skyrocketing.

We like VRFT because it reminds us of The Children's Beverage Group. We first
heard about Children's when it was in the .70 area. While we were still
studying the company, it ran to the $1.80 area. It pulled back to the $1.50
area, where we first profiled it. Well, from there it shortly ran to the $3
area (It has since pulled back to the $1.75 area). All of this happened after
Children's made a presentation to RIBA (Regional Investment Bankers
Association).

We talked with VRFT on Friday and we learned that they also plan to make a RIBA
presentation. There are also other similarities. Like Children's, VRFT has
distribution to large, well known, publicly traded retail outlets.

Vitafort International develops and markets products in the healthy-snack
category under the Visionary Brands umbrella. The company's products are sold in
major retailing organisations nation-wide. Some of these retailers include high
powered organisations like Wal-Mart, Sam's Clubs, Bruno's, Harris Teeter, A&P,
Bi-Lo, Vons, Albertsons, Pamida, and Winn-Dixie. Hollywood Partners Inc., a
wholly owned subsidiary of Vitafort International Corp., recently announced
that sales of ''The Wizard of Oz'' brand of marshmallows, gummy candies and
lollipops have exceeded $2 million.

''The Wizard of Oz'' brand continues to gain strength in the marketplace with
retailers across the country. The excitement we are experiencing on our gummy
candies and lollipops collector tins from both the retailers and the consumers
has been tremendous,'' said Vitafort Chief Executive Officer, Mark Beychok.
''With this type of momentum, we feel confident that sales on these items will
continue to expand.''

Vitafort International Corporation has been a publicly traded company for 12
years. It has a profile at Yahoo and is a fully reporting company (files
regular material to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission). We
glanced over the filing and noticed that the company appears to be undergoing
dramatic increases in revenues.

Float: Approximately 7.5 million

In our opinion, VRFT is seriously undervalued and has yet to be discovered by
the investment community. By the time it is discovered, we see much higher
prices. For more information about Vita fort International, visit the Wall
