I talked to Purt and was told the same. It was reassuring to hear that the Morgan Guanrantee has "approved " the deal ( from the loan side) after a thorough due diligence. The price stability between 3 and 3 1/16 supports the takeover success. I'm hoping there are no hitches. Thanks for your comments.
